CNN: New Jersey and Delaware set timelines for the end of school mask mandates
The Democratic governors of New Jersey and Delaware have both set timelines for the end of their states’ school mask mandates in a sign of the receding wave of Covid-19 and the country’s move toward a “new normal.”
New Jersey will end its school mask mandate next month.
Students and school employees in New Jersey will soon no longer be required to wear masks, Gov. Philip Murphy is expected to say.
The new policy will take effect the second week of March and signals a shift toward treating Covid as a part of daily life.https://t.co/vK7JxDoVrk
