CNN: Louisiana declares a state of emergency ahead of possible hurricane
The state of Louisiana has declared a state of emergency as the gulf coast braces for another storm.
Governor John Bel Edwards tweeted that the storm will likely “produce storm surge, hurricane-force winds & up to 15 inches of rain across the state.”
