One of the biggest companies in the United States, Bank of America, announced it is going to boost the minimum hourly wage it pays its employees. It comes as the national discussion over minimum wage and what constitutes a fair salary continues.
“The key is for big companies like ours to set a standard,” BoA CEO Brian Moynihan said during an interview Tuesday with CNN’s Poppy Harlow. “We think it’s part of sharing our success with our communities.”
