CNBC: Trump wants to cut back on food stamps for the poor and substitute with packaged food deliveries
The food delivery program would replace about half of food stamp benefits for households that qualify for the boxes.
We know some countries ration food. Cuba for one rations rice, beans, and eggs. Now it looks like the Trump administration may want to try out something similar for food stamp recipients.
