Chicago Tribune: Wife of Aurora massacre victim got text from husband: I love you, I’ve been shot at work
The wife of one of the Aurora mass shooting victims describes how she received a text from her husband saying he’d been shot at work and then heard nothing more from him.
Senator Kirsten Gillibrand wrote:
“I think every one of my Republican colleagues in Congress, as well as the President, should be required to read this gut-wrenching story. Then maybe they’d finally do something to stop the real national emergency of gun violence.”
