The judge found there wasn’t enough evidence that Trump and other officials had conspired to violate protesters’ rights.
Claims against the Metropolitan Police Department and the Arlington Police Department are still allowed to proceed, but the Trump-appointed judge ruled that former Attorney General William Barr and other officials named in the suit “are immune from being sued over official actions.”
