It’s not a parody, it’s the president of the United States.
It looks like Donald Trump doesn’t just publicly praise the North Korean dictator, Buzzfeed reports that he does it privately too. According to one of their sources, Trump “has a childish fascination with brutality” and thinks he is “a great guy.”
