BBC: Juan Guaidó ‘on way back’ to Venezuela
The self-declared interim president says he is now returning, despite the risk of arrest.
Things could get messier in Venezuela early this week. Venezuela’s self-proclaimed interim president Juan Guaidó posted a video on Twitter saying, “Venezuelan brothers and sisters, the moment you hear this message I will be on my way back home.” Guaidó has been across the border in Columbia.
