Axios: Supreme Court won’t revive Boise’s ban on outdoor sleeping by homeless
The blocked law intended to prevent homeless people from sleeping and camping in public places when the city’s shelter’s are full.
SCOTUS said that people have a constitutional right to sleep in public places, especially if no other shelter is available.
