AP sources: Whitmer met with Biden as he nears VP decision
LANSING, Mich. (AP) — Gov. Gretchen Whitmer traveled to Delaware last weekend to meet with Joe Biden.
Whitmer’s meeting with Biden is the first known in-person meeting with the presumptive candidate.
