For whatever else Joe Biden does during his time as president, he will be remembered for what happened today. History was made at the Capitol as a Black woman, nominated by Biden, began her confirmation hearings to become a Justice on the United States Supreme Court.

Ketanji Brown Jackson delivered an impassioned introduction to Senators on the Judiciary Committee. She spoke of her her family, her career and how she would carry on the “spirit” of Justice Breyer, if confirmed. It is worth your time to watch all 10 minutes.
