An Arrest Is Made In Connection With Explosive Devices

An arrest has been made after 12 separate explosive packages were sent to various prominent people and places.

CNN reports that this arrest has been in the works since yesterday.

His name is Cesar Sayoc Jr., and he is 56 years old from Aventura, Florida.
