Late-night comedians returned from their summer hiatus and promptly took note of how Donald Trump has dealt with Hurricane Dorian. The Late Show’s Stephen Colbert joked (watch above), “The storm is hovering off the coast of the United States. No one is sure if it’s going to make landfall and where. And by no one I mean Donald Trump.”
NBC’s Seth Meyers added, “Trump is actively spreading disinformation about a dangerous hurricane heading to the U.S.”

And The Daily Show’s Trevor Noah said, “Trump had to be corrected by the National Weather Service. I know we are used to it by now but it still amazes me how often the Government has to tell you not to pay attention to the president… I know people get mad when they see Trump playing golf as a hurricane is closing in, but after everything we heard, I think the less involved Trump is with the hurricane, the better.”
