While some analysts said the Mueller hearing was the end of the Russia investigation, one late-night comic didn’t seem to agree. Seth Meyer’s said (watch above) Mueller’s testimony should serve as an opening to impeachment hearings, “The lawless president who openly welcomed foreign interference and then tried repeatedly to stop the investigation of that interference thinks he can do whatever he wants, which is why we need a Congress that will hold him accountable now.”
Here’s how some of the other late-night hosts handled the news.
“To his credit, Robert Mueller refused to play partisan games and was as impartial as his report is… Well, I assume his report is, I haven’t read it. C’mon now.”

"Mueller was questioned by 60 lawmakers for six hours. The only other time you get grilled like that is if you’re single at your family reunion." https://t.co/fbcQpdFeIQ #FallonMono #FallonTonight
