It was a near collision of a Russian navy ship and the USS Chancellorsville in the Philippine Sea that was caught on video.  Both sides blame the other but take a look at the video above.  No injuries were reported but the captain of the US ship had to reverse engines to avoid a collision with the Russian vessel.
