CNBC: North Korea wants to denuclearize but needs guarantees, Putin says after Kim talks
Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed the situation on Korean peninsula with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un on Thursday.
It looks like Kim Jong-Un’s meeting with Vladimir Putin went better than his last summit with Donald Trump.
