American diplomacy is important.  At least that’s what the previous 44 presidents thought.  Apparently not Donald Trump. The State Department is vital for this country’s leadership in the world and it’s being decimated and dismantled. We didn’t know how badly until a report was released that’s been obtained by Vox.
