NBC News: Australia rejects U.N.’s Great Barrier Reef climate warning
“The prospect of losing the World Heritage status of our reef will be a huge shock for many Australians,” Richard Leck of the WWF said.
The United Nations came out with a report saying that Australia isn’t doing enough to protect the Great Barrier Reef from climate change.
