CBS News: Biden And Putin To Meet In Geneva Next Month
The summit will take place June 16.
President Joe Biden’s first meeting with Russian leader Vladimir Putin is on the books.
The face-to-face between the two leaders will happen in Switzerland, and come as relations between the U.S. and Russia remain tense. In a statement announcing the meeting, White House press secretary Jen Psaki said, “The leaders will discuss the full range of pressing issues, as we seek to restore predictability and stability to the U.S.-Russia relationship.”
