Axios: Colonial Pipeline To Restore Service After Hack
The ransomware hack has caused gas shortages across the country since Saturday.
The major fuel pipeline that feeds much of the east coast is resuming operations after being crippled by cybercriminals.
Colonial Pipeline announced it was going to begin restoring service to the pipeline late Wednesday afternoon. In a statement, the company said in a statement, “Following this restart, it will take several days for the product delivery supply chain to return to normal.”
We just got off the phone with #ColonialPipeline CEO. They are restarting pipeline operations today at ~5pm. More soon.
