President Joe Biden covered a lot of ground during his interview with ABC News’ George Stephanopoulos including his thoughts on whether New York Governor Andrew Cuomo should resign.
EXCLUSIVE: @GStephanopoulos on Gov. Andrew Cuomo: "If the investigation confirms the claims of the women, should he resign?"
"Yes," Pres. Biden says. "I think he'll probably end up being prosecuted, too.” https://t.co/a6qfOJ9Byp pic.twitter.com/EiC63wtnUo

The president also stood firm on tax increases he will soon be proposing for wealthier Americans:
“Anybody making more than $400,000 will see a small to a significant tax increase. If you make less than $400,000, you won’t see one single penny in additional federal tax.”
As for the reports that his rescue dog Major bit someone last week, Biden says there was a “minor injury,” but that he “did not bite someone and penetrate the skin.” And no, he’s not in “the doghouse.” The president said he is in Delaware for some training but will be back at the White House soon:
“He’s a sweet dog. Eighty-five percent of the people there love him. He just — all he does is lick them and wag his tail.”
