Politico: Biden administration sanctions Russia over Navalny poisoning and arrest
Seven senior members of the Russian government will be sanctioned, along with curbs on chemical and biological weapons.
Navalny was recently moved to a penal camp outside Moscow where most prisoners are forced to do manual labor. It’s a facility known for being tough and strict.
