Donald Trump is losing over and over again. This time a federal appeals court ruled against his latest challenge to the election results in Pennsylvania. The AP writes:
The 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals echoed a string of other courts in finding the Trump campaign offered no evidence of any election fraud. Instead, the court said “the campaign’s claims have no merit.”
“Free, fair elections are the lifeblood of our democracy. Charges of unfairness are serious. But calling an election unfair does not make it so. Charges require specific allegations and then proof. We have neither here,” Judge Stephanos Bibas, a Trump appointee and former law school professor, wrote for the three-judge panel.
Even though the judge who wrote the ruling was appointed by Trump, one of the current president’s attorneys is suggesting the court was biased and that they will now take their case to the Supreme Court.
