Joe Biden is taking the high road, sending Donald Trump good wishes today. Even though the White House didn’t give him a heads up about coronavirus cases connected to the president.

Today Biden was tested for coronavirus and the results were negative. He wrote, “I’m happy to report that Jill and I have tested negative for COVID. Thank you to everyone for your messages of concern. I hope this serves as a reminder: wear a mask, keep social distance, and wash your hands.”

Biden was slated to travel to Grand Rapids, Michigan, later Friday, though the Biden campaign has not weighed in on how the news of Trump’s diagnosis will impact Biden’s travel.

Meanwhile, there are now questions as to why the Trump campaign didn’t alert the Biden campaign when they should have been contract tracing earlier in the week.
