Joe Biden apparently had no idea this photo was being taken, but now the picture has gone viral. It was snapped as the former Vice President reportedly chatted with a homeless man outside a movie theatre in Georgetown. Biden is believed to have slipped him some money as well as a handwritten note.

No word on who the homeless man was or what Biden’s note said.
